We’re launching an AI-powered recruiting platform for mid-market companies in LATAM. Your job is to keep the founder’s calendar full of qualified demos.
What you’ll do
• Prospect & build lists – Source 1 000 fresh HR/TA contacts per week via LinkedIn Sales Navigator + Apollo.
• Run outbound sequences – Execute cold-email + LinkedIn DM playbooks (≈ 150 touches/day).
• Manage intent ads – Operate a small Google Search budget (US $ 800/m) and, after month 4, a LinkedIn retargeting budget (US $ 1 000/m).
• Book demos – Convert ≥ 20 % of positive replies into founder-led demos; handle scheduling & reminders.
• Own the funnel metrics – Maintain HubSpot hygiene, report weekly on SQLs, CAC, and experiments.
• Amplify content – Coordinate two LinkedIn thought-leadership posts per week from the founder’s profile.

• Fluent written Spanish & English; confident on cold calls.
• Track record hitting SQL/demo targets with < 800 USD CAC.
• Copywriting instincts and data discipline (spreadsheets don’t scare you).
